A visitor arrived at the industrial office building for an afternoon meeting. At the entrance, the card reader did not open the door.

The entry code in the email had expired. The visitor checked the phone again, but the code no longer worked.

At the reception desk, a staff member asked for the visitor's identity card. The visitor showed it, and the staff member checked the host's name on the floor directory.

After the name was confirmed, a temporary pass was issued at the desk. The pass enabled the visitor to enter the office.

The access record was corrected afterward. Whoever uses an entry code must report at the desk if the code expires. Typically, these codes work for one hour only.
