When the timer stopped, the group saw that they had overestimated the time needed for one particular section.

They identified the problem: the background part repeated information that had already been explained, so they decided to shorten it.

Yumi Nakamura edited the repeated sentences separately, while Tuan Nguyen patiently kept the key example that made the point clear.

In their reflection, they wrote that shortening the background saved the most time and gave them relief before the final run.
